How’s your health?
Are you healthy enough to take a bike ride? Senior citizens should always be aware of their current health situation. Physicals, blood work, and regular doctor’s visits are a must. Make sure you are up for the challenge. It’s great exercise.
Start slow

Large chain stores like Dick’s would probably have a better variety. They offer all the things you need besides the bike. They offer items like shoes, biking wear, and other accessories.

Riding alone

Health advantages to riding a bike
Like walking and hiking, bike riding is a terrific way to exercise cardio. It’s great for your heart; exercise always releases endorphins, making you feel better. And you will lose some weight. Exercising outside is always a great deal.
